We collect the data you provide directly: your name, email address, company details, and the business data you enter (clients, quotes, invoices, expenses). We also collect basic usage analytics and IP addresses for security purposes.
Your data is used to: (a) provide the quoting, invoicing, and document management service; (b) send you transactional emails (e.g. password reset, payment reminders you configure); (c) improve the service; (d) comply with legal obligations.
Processing is based on the performance of the contract between you and QuoteSign. For marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We share data with: Supabase Inc. (database hosting, EU servers — Frankfurt); Vercel Inc. (hosting and CDN); Stripe Inc. (payment processing). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

QuoteSign only uses technically necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security in the database, and access controls. All data is stored in the EU.
