By creating an account on QuoteSign, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
QuoteSign is a web application for managing quotes, invoices, and expenses, aimed at freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. The service is provided as-is.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share your credentials with third parties.
The Pro Plan is billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are shown excluding applicable taxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your data (clients, invoices, quotes, expenses) belongs to you. QuoteSign does not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
You may not use QuoteSign for illegal activities, to issue fraudulent invoices, to send spam, or in any way that could damage or overload the service.
The QuoteSign software, design, and branding are the property of Kevo. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service during your active subscription.
QuoteSign is a management tool. We are not responsible for errors in documents you create, tax obligations, or any losses arising from the use of the service. The service is provided without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before any significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
